Jim's Chernobyl Jim Gillies is a retired engineer and now spends his time raising funds for Malin Hospital, inside the Chernobyl exclusion zone.

Every year, he travels to Malin with much needed supplies and equipment. 26th April 2011 marks the 25th anniversary of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster. In commemoration, Jim tells his story in his book To Chernobyl, With Love. All profits from the sale of To Chernobyl, With Love will be donated to Jim's fundraising and will help with his ongoing efforts to improve the lives of the children being treated at Malin Hospital. Today April 26. 2024 is 38th. Anniversary of 1986 Chernobyl Nuclear Power Disaster.
February 2022 Russia started a War against Ukraine. This has caused death and destruction all over the land. Just how much more can the brave Ukrainian people take. NATO must stand up to Putin and his evil henchmen and all European countries must help Ukraine.
Putin threatens to use Nuclear Weapons which would turn Europe into a Chernobyl Radioactive wasteland forever.
