Calling all residents of Gilford 📢! You are warmly invited to come along for a friendly ‘Cuppa and a Chat’ at Gilford Community Centre on Thursday 11 June, between 4pm and 7pm.

This relaxed drop-in event is a chance to find out what’s happening locally and get helpful advice and support. Whether you’re interested in becoming more involved in your community, would like guidance on training or health matters, or simply want to raise any concerns about your neighbourhood, everyone is welcome. There will also be a chance to try something new, with free taster sessions in Tai Chi and Chair Yoga available. 🧘
