Volunteering, training & work experience opportunities, working with young people and others. Team SpringBoard offers training, volunteering and employment opportunities to people from Coventry and Warwickshire who have significant barriers to entering the workplace for example little or no job experience. We offer them the opportunity to learn about the workplace, gain valuable work experience an

d develop new skills with a demonstrable track record to enhance employability. We expect out team to show a will to learn, work hard, be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and be proud to represent Team SpringBoard. We cover Coventry and Warwickshire. The Team at SpringBoard have to work really hard but it is fun! It is really important that everyone enjoys working at SpringBoard and with our help and support use the skills they learn to move forward in their chosen career paths whether that is back into education, an Apprenticeship or full time employment. We are fully insured and RHS Qualified.

The cookery project is a partnership between Team Springboard and Crow Recycling - the omelette tasted amazing

Spanish omelette was the dish in today's cooking session with our service users. People taking part picked spinach, parsley and thyme they had helped grow in the Crow garden and used it to make the omelette super tasty.
Thanks to the The National Lottery Community Fund for helping fund the project
