We started another fun filled week today with a visit from Fin, Pat and guide dogs Chips and Enya. The ladies told us all about the role of guide dogs and Pat told us about the pairing day when she met her beloved Enya. Did you know that there are over 5,000 working guide dogs at the moment and each one costs the charity an average of £102,000 in their lifetime? That’s why fundraising is so important and we were pleased to support them today.🦮
We continued with the theme of dogs with a game of dog bingo and dog related prizes!
Lunch today was a roast pork dinner followed by coconut and jam sponge 😋
This afternoon’s entertainment was from Paul helped by his lovely wife, Kathy. A great day was had by all!
