✨💛 Join Milena for a relaxed, hands-on 2-hour afternoon herbal workshop where you’ll learn how to use a few safe, popular herbs to support digestion. Feel more confident caring for yourself and your family—naturally—with practical tips, simple remedies, and knowledge you can start using straight away. 🍃🌿

You’ll also get the chance to explore the beautiful Dilston Physic Garden—perfect for discovering even more about herbs in a peaceful setting. 🌸🌹🌺 Each of Milena’s workshops is self-contained, so you can book one or more (even on the same day!) and enjoy some time in the garden in between. 🦋🐝

Led by Milena, a pharmacist with a strong background in plant medicine, this workshop is a great opportunity to learn how to use natural remedies safely and effectively. 🙏🏻✨

Cost: £40 (payment on booking)
