Here is everything you need to know ahead of tomorrow's event...

📆 Wednesday 4th November 2026
⏰ Gates Open: 4:30 PM | Fireworks Display: Approximately 8:00 PM | Event Closes: 9:30 PM
📍 Ashbrooke Sports Club, West Lawn, Sunderland, SR2 7HH

🚗 We're expecting a busy evening, so please allow plenty of time for your journey! Where possible, we encourage you to walk, use public transport or car share.
🧣Don't forget to wrap up warm! November evenings can get chilly, so bring your coats, hats and scarves to stay cosy while enjoying the festivities.

❤️ A FEW IMPORTANT REMINDERS

To help everyone enjoy a safe and fantastic evening, please take a moment to read the following:
🚫 No sparklers or personal fireworks. These are strictly prohibited for everyone's safety. Anyone bringing these items may be refused entry or asked to leave.
🍷 No outside alcohol. Alcohol purchased off-site is not permitted. Anyone found bringing their own alcohol may be refused entry or asked to leave
👨‍👩‍👧 Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
📸 Smile for the camera! Our photographers and videographers will be capturing the magic throughout the evening.

❤️ MEET OSKAR. JUST 15 YEARS OLD, WITH HIS WHOLE LIFE AHEAD OF HIM. ❤️

At first glance, Oskar looks like your typical fit, healthy, rugby-loving teenage lad. But behind his smile is a young boy living with a serious heart condition that’s turned his world upside down. 💔

At just 15, Oskar should be enjoying rugby, spending time with friends and concentrating on his GCSEs.

Instead, he’s facing a daily battle with his own heart.

Three years ago, an incident while playing rugby changed everything.

After years of appointments and agonising waits, Oskar was diagnosed with Supraventricular Tachycardia (SVT), a condition that causes his heart to suddenly race at an abnormally fast rate.

Doctors recommended a procedure, but Oskar was told he’d have to wait at least another year.

💔 And while he’s been waiting, his symptoms have worsened.

He’s missing vital time at school, struggling with his physical and mental health, and unable to enjoy the sport he loves.

His mum has fought tirelessly for answers. When Oskar was finally offered a procedure date in the UK, the family’s hopes were shattered when it was CANCELLED just ONE DAY before.

❤️ NOW, OSKAR HAS ANOTHER CHANCE.

A specialist in Belgium has offered Oskar the opportunity to undergo the procedure he needs, but it comes at a significant cost that his family simply cannot afford alone.

And that’s where we need YOU. ❤️

Oskar deserves to be back on the rugby pitch, back with his friends and worrying about normal teenage things.

Most of all, Oskar deserves the chance to just be 15.
