Did you know we offer a free Patient Transport Service?🚗

Our amazing team of volunteer patient drivers can provide private door to door transport to and from medical appointments connected with your life-limiting illness.

Helping you get to you medical appointment safely, stress free and comfortably.

You can self-refer or be referred through your medical team.

🌟 Want to make a difference in your community?

We're always looking for compassionate volunteers to join our Patient Transport team.
If you'd like to find out more about becoming a volunteer driver, we'd love to hear from you.

What a truly wonderful day we had at Hidden Gardens on Sunday! ❤️

The sun shone, visitors discovered an incredible variety of hidden garden gems across our community and much cake was consumed! 🍰

From stunning views and beautiful blooms to unusual plants and unexpected surprises around every corner, each garden had its own story to tell.

Events like this are only possible because of the kindness and generosity of so many people.

A huge thank you to Down To Earth Hexham for their support, to our amazing garden owners who opened their gates, and to our fantastic volunteers who gave their time to help make the day such a success.

Most importantly, thank you to you for supporting.

Whether you visited one garden or many, bought a slice of cake, chatted with volunteers, or simply enjoyed a stroll in the sunshine, you helped make the day so special. Thank you. 🙏

We are currently finalising the total amount raised and look forward to sharing this with you soon.
