💛 SEPTEMBER IS SU***DE PREVENTION MONTH 💛
Sometimes, the hardest thing to do is say “I’m not okay.”
You might feel overwhelmed, isolated, anxious, hopeless or like you simply don’t know where to turn. You don't have to face those feelings alone.
At Foundation For Good, our door is always open. 🚪💛
We believe that sometimes having someone simply listen can be the first step towards feeling a little less alone.
Whether you need:
🤝 Someone to talk to
☕ A safe, welcoming place to sit and connect
💬 A listening ear without judgement
🧠 Support with your mental health and wellbeing
🥊 A positive activity to help you reconnect and build confidence
🍽️ Support through our community services and Wellbeing Café
🧭 Help finding the right support or organisation for your needs
You don't have to have everything figured out before you walk through our door.
You don't need the right words.
You don't need to explain everything.
And you don't have to struggle in silence.
There will always be a listening ear. There will always be someone willing to listen. 💛
If you’re worried about someone you care about, don't be afraid to ask them how they really are. Sometimes a simple “Are you okay?” can open the door to a conversation that could make a difference.
