Absolutely MASSIVE thank you to Justin Chilton from Keep A Hold

He has popped into our mens club here at BetterHelp Trust this morning and kidnapped me and took me for a wander around aldi.

Nice £50 donation towards food and a good catch up. What a guy! Thats filled a decent space on the shelves.

We wish you all the success in the world with what youre on with as well!

Leadgate Foodbank update.

Unfortunately at a time where people need it the most, our foodbank is shockingly low. Our last reach out for donations of food was unsuccessful and its looking like we will only be able to supply this service to one or two more families at this rate.. we will do our best to stock up the foodbank to keep this service going. No doubt something will come along. We will keep you updated.

Excuse the lack of posts here.

We have been grinding behind the scenes.

The boxing club is totally thriving. We did not expect this in our first year.. not even close but we arent complaining.

Also we have had some important meetings with a couple of individuals resulting in potential partnerships forming. There are things in motion that are going to be massive for other services that are going to be made available here.

We will update soon. Its hard to keep on top of but this is exactly why theres been a lack of activity here because the work we are doing in real life takes priority right now.

Lookout for our christmas party coming up though. Its going to be a cracker as always! 🎄❤️🎅

Important Update for Better Men Club

Tomorrow's Better Men Club meeting will be canceled. Our boxing club, Ledgate Boxing Academy, has a boxer fighting in Spennymoor on a little england vs Ireland tournament, so i wont be able to open up for bettermen. I really do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I’ve previously reached out for volunteers to help keep the club running on Saturdays, but unfortunately, we haven’t had much success. Rest assured that in no way means I will stop trying, just as of yet theres been no luck. As the boxing season continues, there may be more Saturdays where i have to cancel. However, if we can find a reliable volunteer who is DBS-checked, i can ensure that the club remains open every Saturday.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. I’ll keep you updated and hope to see you soon!
