Congleton Pride

Congleton Pride Welcome to Congleton Pride - a charity dedicated to creating a safe hub in Cheshire East for LGBTQIA+ communities and allies to come together.

Congleton Pride was founded in the autumn of 2018 by a group of volunteers and ran our first Pride event in summer 2019. Our group has grown rapidly and has broad support from the community in Congleton. We think we embody Congleton’s slogan – the ‘Little Town with the Big Heart’. Our Vision is that Congleton is an LGBTQIA+ inclusive and welcoming town with an informed and accepting public. Our Mi

ssion is to Make LGBTQIA+ people feel welcome and safe to be open and celebrate who they are in Congleton. In addition to an annual Pride event, we run events throughout the year including informal socials such as a weekly ‘Caffeine Connections’ at Bluey’s in the Town Hall, and fundraisers for our main event. We collaborate with lots of local organisations such as the Town Council, Congleton Museum, the local Police and local churches, and work hard to support the LGBTQIA+ community in Congleton. We will continue to support and celebrate our community and the individuality and uniqueness of the people within it. We are a registered charity our number 1207409

BIG NEWS!

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Millies Vets is returning as our main event sponsor for Congleton Pride this year!

A massive thank you to the entire team at Millies for their unwavering support. It’s partners like you who help make our celebration of love and diversity possible year after year.

We’ve always known they provide tail-waggingly good care to their furry patients, but we’re so grateful they bring that same paws-itive dedication to looking after our whole community!

Give them some love in the comments and get ready for a brilliant Pride!
