Cash for Kids West Scotland Cash for Kids helps the children that need it most across West Scotland. In 2023 we raised £2.1million supporting 75,107 children.

Cash for Kids is a grant-giving charity helping disadvantaged children who need it most across West Scotland. We support those who are affected by poverty, illness, neglect or have additional needs. Our grants to families, community organisations and local charities provide support to families who often have nowhere else to go. If you would like to get involved drop us a message.

💛 Feel Good Friday 💛

This week, we're celebrating two incredible fundraising efforts that have helped make a real difference for local children and young people. ✨

💃 First up, a huge well done to Haugh of Urr Nursery, who raised an amazing £870 for Cash for Kids Dumfries & Galloway through their energetic Danceathon! Two nursery teachers danced for an incredible six hours, with plenty of help from the children, to raise funds for local families who need support.

🤠 And a massive thank you to Louise Parker, whose fantastic line dancing event raised an outstanding £2,000 for Cash for Kids Glasgow & the West! What an incredible achievement, bringing people together for a great cause while having plenty of fun along the way.

Every pound raised helps us provide support where it's needed most, and we're so grateful to everyone who gives their time, energy and enthusiasm to help make that happen.

Here's to the power of community, kindness and a little bit of dancing! 🎶✨

What a day! ⛳️

It's hard to believe it's already been over a week since our first ever Tee at the Twelve Golf Day sponsored by Target Healthcare Limited .

We couldn't have asked for better weather, which helped make it a fantastic day for everyone who joined us at the brilliant Eastwood Twelve golf course.

A huge thank you to Target Healthcare for sponsoring the event and helping bring it all together, and to the team at Eastwood Twelve for making sure everything ran so smoothly.

A few more thank you's to the people who helped make the day what it was:

🍽️ Kitchen Street for the fantastic food pre and post golf.
🎶 Martyn at Compact Disco for blasting out the tunes on the course.

And of course, thank you to everyone who came along and made the day such a success. For a first event, we couldn't have asked for more to help raise funds for local children living in poverty - which is what it's all about.

We are delighted to announce that the Schools who took part in our Schools Challenge across the West of Scotland have raised an INCREDIBLE £52,818.75🎉

🏆Ayrshire Top Three:
🥇Onthank Primary and Additional Support for Learning Centre
🥈Elderbank Primary, Early Years Supported Learning and Enhanced Deaf Provision
🥉James Hamilton Primary and Sgoil na Coille Nuaidh

🏆Glasgow Top Three:
🥇Newhills Secondary School
🥈Calderside Academy
🥉St Leonard's Primary

The funds raised will help 4,245 children across all of the Schools involved in all sorts of brilliant ways, including play equipment, learning resources, specialised equipment and so much more!

In case you missed it, George and Cassi had the pleasure of calling Francine from Sticky Fingers Club with some fantastic news... 📞🎉

Thanks to the Sir Arnold Clark Summer Fund, Sticky Fingers Club has been awarded £5,000!

The funding will help create a safer and more enjoyable environment for the children they support by installing a new gate in the fence, providing a safe route into the building, as well as purchasing picnic tables so children can enjoy their lunch outdoors on sunny days. ☀️🧺

We're also delighted to share that The Highbacks received £2,500 towards their Inside Out-themed breakfast club, helping to provide food, fun activities and memorable experiences for the children attending. 🍎

A huge congratulations to both organisations. We can't wait to see the positive impact this funding will have on local children and young people across our communities.

What an incredible afternoon at our Ladies Lunch yesterday at The Waterside Hotel & Spa ! 🩷🌸

A huge thank you to SimpsInns - Ayrshire and the team for partnering with us and hosting such a fantastic event. Events like this simply wouldn’t be possible without community partners who share our commitment to making a difference for local children.
