Did you know that manufacturing a new laptop requires approx 2,000-3,000 litres of water, and emits approx 300-400kg of carbon dioxide?💻

So before you buy a new one, see if your old one can get a revamp to keep it working well for longer! We now have some volunteer menders at the repair cafe who may be able to help.

Bring your laptop down and let's see if we can get some more life out of it and save resources, and e-waste🌍

This cute little piggy was very pleased at the last repair cafe to be given new velcro to seal his pyjama pouch up again, for many more nights of cuddles with the grandchildren ❤️😴

No use crying over spilt milk... or a smashed plate! 😭 Especially when our volunteers are on hand to help put it back together again!💪🛠️

Paul glued this plate together and used some tape to help hold the edges sealed until they dried, for stability. Good thinking Paul!

We were thrilled to help out with some children's clothing repairs at the last repair cafe - we had some very happy customers!

We offer repairs but we cannot do alterations, so do pop us a message if you're not sure whether we'll be able to help and we can advise ❤️

Our next repair cafe is at Clitheroe United Reformed Church - URC on Saturday 16 May, 10-12. See you there!

It's the third Saturday of the months folks, and that only means one thing! We'll be at Clitheroe United Reformed Church - URC THIS SATURDAY 18 April, 10-12!

Bring your broken items and let us see if we can fix them for you. It's worth a try when it's free - especially when there's cake to enjoy too! (Donations welcomed).

For those who haven't visited the cafe before, we ask you to stay with your item (it's not a drop off service). Make sure you have enough time on your parking if you've come by car, as we can get very busy 🚗
