🎄 ANDY’S MAN CLUB CHEPSTOW’S CHRISTMAS PUB QUIZ IS BACK! 🎅

Get your squad together, brush up on your trivia, and join us for a fantastic festive evening of laughs, friendly competition, and community spirit!

This quiz is a true celebration of our local community and everyone in it. Last year, the Two Rivers helped us out immensely, for which we’re incredibly thankful. Following the success of that night where people so kindly donated a huge amount to support men’s mental health, we're excited to bring the quiz back for 2026!

This year, we’re hosting the event at the very venue where we hold our weekly groups: Chepstow Town Football Club. A massive thank you to the football club for having us again and for being such a brilliant home and support to our club week in, week out.

All proceeds go straight to , helping us keep our doors open so men in our area know .

Whether you’re attending a group down in Plymouth, all the way up in Aberdeen or even our online groups, at AMC you can always expect a warm, welcoming & non-judgemental space to talk.

Tonight 18 men walked through our doors, for 1 of them it was their first time!

Tonight we also had a new facilitator host their very first session, doing an incredible job to ensure a safe, non judgemental space for men to come and get things off their chest.

All of our facilitators have first been members of Andy’s Man Club and have experienced that first step through the door too. We know how intimidating it can be, but we also know what good can come from it.

If you or someone you know could benefit from a mental health support group for men (18+) then come find us:

AMC Chepstow, Chepstow Football Club, Larkfield Park every Monday (excluding bank holidays) from 7PM - 9PM.

Ever seen one of these out and about and wondered what actually happens at ANDYSMANCLUB?

When you arrive, one of our friendly facilitators will welcome you in and show you where to grab a brew and a biscuit.

The session then follows a simple 5 question format. The first three are always the same:

How’s your week been?
One positive from your week?
Anything to get off your chest?

We’ll then usually have a short break before finishing with two questions that might be funny, inspirational or thought provoking, sometimes as simple as “what’s your favourite sandwich?”

We pass a talking ball around the group so there’s never any pressure to talk. If you’re not ready, you can simply pass it on.

That’s it. No booking, no referrals and no pressure.

Just a room full of men, a brew, and a safe space to talk.
