Friday started with preparations from the talent show in the evening. After lunch we took a walk up to Charlie's view where something curious happened, all the staff, were seized with great weariness and fell asleep. When we woke up, an hour and a half later it appears that some rather odd characters, looking strangely like us, had involved the children in finding parts of a fairy spell to wake Mannanan Mac Lir. To end our week off we had a talent show which included acts of comedy, song and a sketch of 4 of the children being 4 volunteers arms. We then ended the night with the traditional 'Here I come, on my Pony'!

For our evening activity we took part in a quiz.

We had a great afternoon with a walk down into Ramsey, starting with a visit to the pier. The children were challenged to push the volunteers along on the train and they absolutely smashed it! We had a shopping wander round town before an hour of swimming with plenty of games and fun. There were a lot of tired faces after a busy, busy day, and we rounded off the evening with baked potatoes, strudel and Manx bedtime stories
