This afternoon we enjoyed a “Steam and cream” on the Gwili railway. It was lovely to see beautiful Carmarthenshire in spring as we chugged up the valley past Bronwydd. Thankyou to all the volunteers at the Gwili Railway for a wonderful afternoon.

We had a very interesting talk from Helen at Care and Repair yesterday who told us about some of the amazing aids and adaptations that can be provided in our homes free of charge. And the handy man scheme which can help with some of those little DIY jobs that some of us find so difficult . Thankyou Helen. We also took the opportunity to show off our new and bright yellow polo shirts, so that our members can spot volunteers and committee members. What a lovely bunch of bananas 🍌😀
