Moving out soon? We’ve got you covered! 📦

The end of term is fast approaching, and whether you’ve been living on campus or off, we want to make sure your move is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Key things to remember before you hand over the keys:

🧹 Clean up: Leave your place in top shape to avoid extra charges or deposit issues.

🗑️ Clear the fridge: Throw away perishables, and don’t forget you can donate un-wanted, in-date tinned or dried foods to the Campus Pantry!

📸 Take evidence: Snap photos/videos of how you left the property and take meter readings.

📬 Update your address: Make sure your details are updated with everyone who needs them.

Moving out soon or just doing a summer clear-out? 📦✨

From June 8th – 19th, we’re making it super easy for you to donate your unwanted food and household items to a great cause! We’ve placed donation crates in reception and main entrance areas across campus.

📍 Where to find a crate:
* Parkwood Reception (by the main doors, near the window)
* Tyler Court Reception (in the foyer area)
* Turing College Reception (in the Hub area, opposite the desk)
* Keynes Lobby
* Darwin Lobby
* Woolf Reception

Keep an eye out for the posters next to each crate for clear guidance on exactly what you can donate! 🥫🧼

🚚 Bonus Minibus Collection! On Friday, June 19th, the KSU minibus will be rolling through the Park Wood area to collect your donations directly! Catch them from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM.

Let’s come together and make sure nothing goes to waste. Drop your items off before you head out! 👇

Got clothes that need a new home? Perfect time for a pre-summer wardrobe clear-out!

We’re talking everyday wear, old socials fancy dress, or even those Summer Ball outfits you’ll never wear again.

* Where: Drop them off at the Mandela Building Reception
* The Rules: Please make sure all items are clean and in good quality!

🛍️ The Main Event (Wednesday, June 3rd)
* Where: The Venue
* When: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
* The Deal: Every student can take home up to 5 items!

💡 No clothes to donate? NO PROBLEM!
You don’t need to bring clothes to take clothes. Just pop along and see what treasures you can find!
