We had a blast with a Charity Zumba class for the lovely girls! 🥳🪩

They got moves on and off the pitch! 🤩

Zumba was a first for them, and Lacrosse would definitely be a first for me! 😆

Although my uni days are waaaay past me, I did enjoy the sports teams! I loved Badminton although I did end up dancing most of the time on the court. 🏸🤪

I even gave Ultimate Frisbee a go too! 🥏

This week's Easter themed workouts have gone down a treat! 🔥🍭

We hopped to it and got our hearts pumping to an EGGcelent playlist... loved getting my sweat on with the Canterbury gals. ☺️

Danced so hard both my ears went floppy! 🐇 😂

I have to give a massive shout out to a lovely lady Kalifah paying a passing visit while in the area... 78 years young and is still giving it her all on the dancefloor! 💪🏻😍

If you ever needed a sign that movement keeps you young... This is it! 🙌🏻

WHAT JANUARY BLUES... 🤪💙

Only big sweaty smiles after an awesome Strong Nation class! 🔥

Blue Monday today is supposedly the most depressing day of the year!? 👀

Yet the Strong Squad know just how to fight the winter misery... with a good old workout releasing a ton of endorphins to boost our mood! ⚡️

Here’s a few other tips to get you through this long ass month…

☀️ Maximise natural sunlight - although the days are short do your best to soak up some daylight where you can for some sweet serotonin.

🫶 Stay connected with a friends - your pals can help boost your self esteem and lower your stress hormones.

🎶 Play music that gets you going - music gives us dopamine hits that can change our state even after one song.

🍽️ Eat well and fuel with the good stuff - A balanced diet will stabilize our blood sugar levels and help regulate our mood better.
