Come and join us for our next Gig Buddies Cornwall social at Project 83 in Newquay on Saturday 5th September, 10am–12pm! 💜

Come along, meet the team, catch up with friends and enjoy a morning together. Everyone is welcome! 🥳

🚶 At 11am, we’ll be heading out for a walk through Newquay town!

We’ll be making our way to Killacourt to meet up with the team at Newquay’s Big Summer Finale, where our Gig Buddies Cornwall Safe Space will be set up for the event. 🎪💜

What a brilliant night at our monthly Gig Buddies Cornwall social at the Old Ale House!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along. It was so lovely to see so many new faces, and all the crew getting involved and helping create such an awesome atmosphere!

A massive thank you to Dan Ball for coming along and playing an amazing set for our guys 🎶 It was fantastic seeing everyone singing along while getting stuck into all the activities!

So proud of Lewis! From enjoying Boardmasters as a fan to coming back as a volunteer with Gig Buddies Cornwall.

⭐ From fan to volunteer: Lewis steps up at Boardmasters 🎶

Two years ago, Lewis went to Boardmasters as a festival fan. This summer, he went back in a completely different role - stepping up as a volunteer through Gig Buddies Cornwall.

Lewis spent the weekend on the main stage disability platform, helping people with access and handing out water. He turned up, got stuck in, and took the role seriously - enjoying every minute of it.

A huge shout-out to Rich White and Rachel Mellor, who put in the time and effort to make this happen. They didn't just secure a ticket; they created a real opportunity. Their work meant Lewis could take on responsibility, contribute, and show just how far he’s come.

Watching Lewis get on with the job and enjoy it was a brilliant moment - a real step forward and a credit to everyone involved 🌟

We’re getting ready for our Gig Buddies Cornwall fundraiser day at The Old Ale House in Truro on Sunday 1st November and we’re on the lookout for donations for our tombola!

If you’re a local business, organisation or individual who could donate a prize, voucher, hamper, gift or anything else that could make a great tombola prize, we’d absolutely love to hear from you!

Every donation will help us raise vital funds to keep Gig Buddies Cornwall going and allow us to continue creating amazing opportunities and safe spaces across Cornwall.

WHAT A WEEKEND!

What an absolutely amazing weekend we had at the Cornwall Tattoo Convention

A HUGE thank you to Tom and the whole crew for welcoming our buddies and the Gig Buddies Cornwall Safe Space to the event. Honestly, this is probably the most accessible event we’ve ever had the pleasure of attending!

Tom and your team, you’ve created something really special, and it was fantastic to see so many people enjoying the convention and making it such a welcoming place for everyone. ❤️
