Kehelland Trust have had so much support from this project, it’s fantastic that they will be able to continue to share knowledge, skills and experiences. Growers need it now more than ever.

🌱 What’s in season at Kehelland? 🌱

Locally grown, seasonal produce tastes fantastic, is as fresh as can be and is better for our planet too — with fewer food miles and less energy used along the way. 🌍

Right now, we’re in a wonderfully abundant season! 🍅🍆🥒 We have aubergines, beans, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes and so much more, all grown with care by our trainee gardeners

Come and support local, shop seasonally and taste the difference for yourself! 💚

Purple Perfection!!

Our shelves are full of locally grown purple cauliflower, purple sprouting broccoli, Kehelland-grown aubergines and delicious Victoria plums. 🍆🥦🍑

Some are grown right here at Kehelland Trust by our trainee gardeners, while others come from local farmers — and we couldn’t be prouder to support local growing. 🌱

☀️ What a glorious day for harvesting plums! 🍑

Our trainees have been making the most of the sunshine, picking these beautiful, juicy plums. Some will be heading straight to our kitchen to be turned into homemade jam, while others will be available to buy in our shop.

Ripe, juicy plums are a fleeting summer treat, so make the most of them while you can! 🌿✨

🏅 Sports Day – Part 3: The Medals! 🏅

We couldn't be prouder of our trainees, learners and staff for their enthusiasm, teamwork and fantastic competitive spirit throughout this year's Sports Day.

Here are some of this year's medal winners – although, if you ask us, everyone at Kehelland was a winner. 💚

Thank you to everyone who took part, cheered each other on and helped make the day such a memorable one.
