As a Community Safety Officer with Calico Homes, you'll manage anti-social behaviour and hate crime cases, ensuring customers receive clear, timely support while cases are investigated and progressed.

You'll gather evidence, take statements, conduct interviews, complete ASB risk assessments and safeguarding referrals, and prepare case files and statements where legal proceedings are required.

You'll need experience of ASB case management, a good working knowledge of ASB legislation and the tools used to tackle it. You'll also work closely with partners including Burnley Borough Council and Lancashire Constabulary.

A year ago, Paula was struggling with rent arrears, bedroom tax, concerns about her home and her mental health.
