Club members have just returned from Gozo Malta 🇲🇹 after a 12 day CCR trip.
A varied trip, with a day visit to Malta to dive the JU88 plane, and a couple of days on scooters exploring new areas.
Getting divers & kit back up to speed after the winter slow down.

Yesterday, (day 6) and the weather was on our side.
Dive 1
We were on the water in the middle of the sound heading the wreck of the Hispania, for some the standout wreck in the sound of mull.
3 Divers enjoyed a slack window of 45/50 mins, we had an initial look in the holds, followed by the superstructure & then a drift along the keel from bow to stern.
Dive 2
3 divers enjoyed a drift dive from the wreck of the Thesis through channel between the mainland & the isle of oronsay.

Day 2 of our trip in the morning we dived the wreck of the Shuna, one of the most intact wrecks in the sound of mull.
Another cargo ship with its holds still full of coal to this day.
Plenty of life on the wreck, including some huge Po***ck
In the afternoon we dived around grey rocks another drift dive and of course lots of life and spectacular views
