A new chapter for a Burnley favourite.šŸø

The former Mr Green’s on Bull Street has reopened as The New Mr Green’s, following a 12-week transformation by new owners Kelly and Jamie.šŸ™Œ

Boasting Burnley’s largest rooftop bar, the venue is already proving popular, with private event bookings stretching right through to the end of August.

Coming up this weekend is Singles & Mingles Night on Saturday 20th June - a night of great music and plenty of opportunities to meet new people. Whether you’re single or not, everyone is welcome, with guests invited to grab an ā€œI’m Singleā€ sticker on arrival if they’d like to get involved.

While The New Mr Green’s is available for private functions and celebrations, the doors will also be open every Friday night, with local favourite DJ Baz bringing the soundtrack and getting the weekend started!

10/06/2026

With the World Cup kicking off this week, we caught up with Justine from Burnley’s The Royal Dyche on Yorkshire Street, arguably Burnley’s most famous football pub, as they get ready to welcome fans through the doors.

The Royal Dyche will be screening all England games, with free hot dogs at half-time and DJ Meleon before and after each match. šŸ»šŸŒšŸŽ¶

But as Justine says, this tournament is about more than football. It’s about coming together and supporting your local pub.

Whether you’re heading to The Royal Dyche, The Turf Burnley, The Boot, Swan Inn Burnley, Mojito"s Burnley, The Big Window, The White Lion, The Coal Yard Burnley, The Park View, The Inn On The Wharf, The Bridge Bier Huis, Burnley Cricket Club or one of Burnley’s many other fantastic venues, there’s no better place to watch the action than alongside fellow fans.

šŸ“ŗ Games screened may vary so please check directly with individual venues.
