🎭 Love, marriage, secrets… and a few surprises!
Think Harold Pinter isn’t for you? Think again!
Open Space Theatre Company invites you to an entertaining and thought-provoking Evening of Harold Pinter, featuring four of his fascinating short plays.
❤️ Taking centre stage is The Lover – a deliciously witty, intriguing and provocative look at marriage, relationships and the games people play. Full of unexpected twists, it’s Pinter at his most playful!
The evening also features three contrasting pieces:
🎭 Landscape – a beautifully written, poignant exploration of love, memory and the things left unsaid.
🎭 The Applicant – a sharp, darkly comic take on the job interview from hell!
🎭 Request Stop – a short, wonderfully observed slice of everyday life, with a distinctly Pinteresque twist.
Never seen Pinter before? Don’t be put off by his reputation for long pauses and difficult plays. His writing is witty, perceptive, sometimes unsettling and often surprisingly funny.
Come and discover for yourself why he’s regarded as one of Britain’s greatest playwrights.
