We’re looking forward to seeing you all on Saturday.

Although we will be starting at the same place as normal, the course and finish line is slightly different to normal due to the Dwr Cymru Welsh Water works currently taking place on the Groe - please see the below post for more details.

A HUGE thank you to Lee, our Groe parkrun Run Director, who has been working hard behind the scenes to make sure the event can still take place.

The Lost ARC is a music venue, cafe + community hub in beautiful Rhayader. We serve home made wholesome food + delicious coffee.

🦺 Volunteers, please arrive no later than 8:50 am.
🗣 First Timer and the main Briefing starts at around 8:50am.
🤫 Please KEEP QUIET for the event briefings.
🗣 Event starts at 9:00am prompt.
⬅️ As always, remember to stay to your LEFT and be respectful to other park users (our 3 lap course is all on path).
👩‍👦Under 11's are more than welcome, but please ensure they’re close to a responsible adult/guardian.
🐶 Dogs are welcome and please remember it's one dog per parkrunner, on a short, non-extendable, hand-held lead only.
📸 No photos No problem, just let the Run Director know.

And alongside our regular 5kyw, ambassadorsand supporters were out in force helping to share the move against cancer message at an event in Llandrindod organised by Powys Teaching Health Board in partnership with the council and MacMillan. Well done to Janet, Linda, Jack, Maggie and Alison.

Come along for a chat and hear first hand about the MOVE Against Cancer Charity and the many benefits of gentle exercise for those affected by cancer.
