Thank you to Codi Group for a very generous donation that has allowed us to purchase some new equipment. The new electric grass trimmer, electric blower, backpack harness and batteries are lightweight and will remove physical barriers, allowing trainees to engage in active outdoor work independently.

This electric equipment also has an environmental impact, as they emit zero emissions, having a positive impact on biodiversity around the park.

We purchased the equipment from Jenkins Garden Machinery, who very kindly donated an additional battery pack. Thank you!

It's My Shout have been busy filming in Bryngarw House over the last few days, and we were invited for a behind the scenes visit. It was lovely to have access all areas, and we were even able to get a photo with Darren Evans!

Huge CONGRATULATIONS to Sue who has graduated B-Leaf and joined Baobab Bach CIC as a voluntary kitchen and food preparation assistant!

During her time at B-Leaf, Sue learnt many important skills that she uses in her new role. This included planting and growing fruits and vegetables, which ensured that she had a good understanding of the wide variety of food available.

Sue received training in many areas including customer service, working with others, and Health and Safety. Alongside The Bridge we supported Sue to achieve her level 2 Food Hygiene certificate, which was a requirement for her new role.

We are very proud of everything you have achieved at B-Leaf Sue, and we wish you good luck at Baobab Bach!
