This Club is made up of a collective group of people from the community of Neath Port Talbot with the same objective in mind...to connect people with people. It is a charity based organisation and it is a key place for those in need to socialise and be offered face to face support.

We've got another lovely month of activities and events planned here at MMI! ❤️

From enjoying hot dogs on Bonfire Night 🌭 to celebrating kindness, welcoming Tots Play and having a dance with Vicky, there's plenty to look forward to!

We've had a fang-tastic week celebrating Halloween here at MMI! 🧡🕷️

Our week has been filled with lots of fun, laughter and creativity, from pumpkin decorating 🎃 and clay modelling 🎨 to our delicious Halloween bake sales! 🧁🍰

It's been wonderful seeing everyone getting involved, showing off their creative talents and enjoying the spooky celebrations together!

💕 Wearing Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 💕

The support team at MMI decided to wear pink to show our support and raise awareness for Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 🎀💗

Breast cancer affects so many individuals and families, and over the years, MMI has had the privilege of supporting many people whose lives have been touched by this illness.

Today, we wear pink to show our love and support for everyone who is currently fighting breast cancer, those who have overcome it, and those we have sadly lost. 💕

Together, we can help raise awareness and remind everyone that no one should face cancer alone. 🎀

At Me, Myself & I, activities are about so much more than simply filling the day.
For people living with dementia, meaningful activities can create moments of joy, connection and purpose. Something as simple as listening to a favourite song, looking through old photographs, baking, getting creative or sitting down for a chat can spark memories and encourage conversation. 🎶🎨☕🌿

We always try to focus on the person, their interests and their abilities – not their diagnosis. Sometimes it’s the simplest moments that make the biggest difference.

Whether it’s laughter over a cuppa, singing along to a familiar song or proudly showing off something they’ve made, these are the moments that matter.
