Good Morning! Welcome to new week!

This coming weekend is Brighouse Charity Gala and we will be attending once again with our portable ride on railway with the pictured locos; No 1 Furbero and 44864 Granville.

It's also a good opportunity to let you know that pre-event tickets for our next public event on 4th July are selling well and over 1/3 of tickets already sold. Good Morning .

Are you coming to Brighouse Charity Gala next week? Our members will be waiting to meet you so please come and say hello 👋.

We will be operating throughout the duration of the event providing rides for just £2 per person.

This year we are bringing 2 steam engines to enjoy!

1992 and the scale of the work undertaken at in the area of the low level station becomes apparent with these 2 images showing a double header consisting of a Liberation Class loco being led by an 2-8-0 Austerity.

Following on from yesterday's post... once out on the raised track #753 is seen at the loading point and on a couple of trips around .

In the final shot you can also see the loco passing the garden railway at the far end of the park.
