The Integrated Commissioning, Contracts and Quality and Contracts Team (ICCQT) at Calderdale Council, is leading a project to review targeted and specialist short breaks provision for children and young people with SEND in Calderdale.

As part of the project we are carrying engagement activity including surveys and in person sessions to gather feedback from parents and children and young people on short breaks services, more information can be found here: https://calderdalelocaloffer.org.uk/2026/have-your-say-short-breaks-calderdale

The surveys are open now until 22/02/2026.

As a local group that supports local families please can you share this opportunity, so that we can gather as much information from any many people as possible including children and young people (CYP), parent carers, and people who support children and young people with SEND and their families.
