❤️ Meet Sabrina ❤️

Beautiful Sabrina is a sweet and affectionate 1-year-old girl who is finally ready to leave motherhood behind and start enjoying life in a loving forever home. 🥰

When Sabrina first came into our care, she was heavily pregnant. We initially thought she was expecting just three kittens, but this little surprise package had six beautiful babies! 😻 She was an incredible mum who devoted herself completely to raising her kittens, but it certainly took a lot out of her. Now that her babies have grown up, it’s Sabrina’s turn to be spoiled and cherished. ❤️

Sabrina is a gentle, loving sweetheart who absolutely adores human company. If there’s a lap to curl up on or a hand available for fusses, she’ll be right there! She loves attention, enjoys plenty of snuggles, and has a habit of dramatically flopping over for extra affection. 🥰

What is Sabrina’s perfect home?

🏠 Sabrina is looking for a calm and peaceful home where she can be the centre of attention. She would need to be the only pet in the household, as she doesn’t get along with other cats or dogs.

🚗 As Sabrina finds travelling quite stressful, we are looking for adopters who live within a 15–25 minute drive of our cattery. To help minimise stress and support her wellbeing, we will only be accepting applications from homes within this distance.

Dahlia is a sweet, gentle 1-year-old girl who was found wandering the streets as a lonely stray. Despite her rough start, having no place to call home, she is an absolute sweetheart who completely melts for head scratches and fuss ❤️

This lovely young girl would make the perfect addition to any family! While she needs to be the only cat in the house, she can happily live with a cat-savvy dog and calm children. After a life of uncertainty outside, all Dahlia wants now is to finally feel safe, cherished, and loved in a home of her own❤️

Timmy is a lovely, incredibly handsome chap who is ready to trade his wandering stray days for a cosy forever home. We estimate this sweet boy is around 5 years old.

🐱His Wish list: A quiet spot to sleep, with plenty of head scratches, and a whole lot of love.

🐱His Promise: He will absolutely light up your household with his gentle, affectionate personality!

Timmy is a little shut down in the cattery, understandably 😢 but despite cattery life not being his favourite place, he still shows us just how gentle and kind he is 🥰 so let’s get this boy out of the cattery and on a cozy, warm home 🥰

😻 Meet Bagheera 😻

Bagheera is a sweet little gentleman, approximately 6 years old, who is ready to find his forever home and someone special to call his own. 🥰

Sadly, Bagheera has spent most of his life fending for himself, without a home to call his own or a cosy sofa to curl up on. 😢 Now, it’s finally his turn to experience the comfort, security, and love that every cat deserves.

Understandably, he is a little shut down with cattery life 😢 but despite this, Bagheera is a sweet and affectionate boy who adores gentle fuss and strokes. He’ll often flop onto his side to make sure he gets the very best head boops and cuddles. 🥹

He would thrive in a calm, quiet home where he can settle in at his own pace. All Bagheera wants is a warm lap to snuggle up on, plenty of love, and a peaceful place to finally call home. He would also likely enjoy having safe outdoor access once fully settled.

Bagheera could potentially live with other cats, particularly female cats, but he would be happiest in a home without young children or dogs.

Ella is a beautiful 1-year-old girl who is looking for a loving forever home to call her own. ❤️

This lovely young lady has a gentle nature and a sweet heart. She enjoys company, little head scratches, and spending time with people she trusts. 🥰 Like many cats, Ella also appreciates having her own space and will gently let you know when she’s had enough fuss. Respecting her boundaries helps her feel safe and secure, and in return you’ll gain the trust of a truly wonderful companion.

Sadly, Ella hasn’t had the easiest start in life and is finding cattery life a little stressful. 😢 Because of this, she’s looking for a patient and understanding family who will give her the time she needs to settle in and build her confidence. Once she’s comfortable in a home environment, we’re sure she’ll blossom and show just how affectionate and loving she can be. ❤️

Ella has also suffered from poor dental care due to her past experiences in life. She has since received the dental treatment she needed and is feeling much more comfortable, but she deserves a home where she can continue to thrive and leave her difficult past behind.

Ella would need:

🐾 Children aged 13+

🐦 FOUND A BABY BIRD? 🐦

Stop. Look. Then Help the Right Way.

Every year, well-meaning people accidentally rescue healthy young birds that don’t actually need rescuing.

🪶 IF THE BIRD HAS FEATHERS…

It’s probably a fledgling.

✅ Leave it alone
✅ Keep cats, dogs and people away
✅ Watch from a distance

Fledglings naturally leave the nest before they can fly well. Their parents are usually nearby and still feeding them.

🚨 THE BIRD NEEDS HELP IF:

❌ It is injured or bleeding
❌ You know the parents are dead
❌ It has been monitored for over several hours with no sign of parents returning
❌ It is in immediate danger

In these situations, contact a wildlife rescue centre or vet as soon as possible.

❤️ REMEMBER

Bird parents care for their babies better than we can.

When in doubt, observe first and intervene only when necessary.

🎂It’s Binx’s Birthday!🎂

Today we celebrate Binxs Birthday! He turns 3 today! 🥰

We celebrated with a very tasty cake, made with shredded chicken, freeze dried chicken, freeze dried cat grass, lickelix and a tasty treat stick! What’s a spoilt boy! 🎁🎊

Safe to say, he LOVED IT! 😻

🎶🎵We had an amazing night last Saturday at the Old Ship Inn on St John Street in Bridlington when BridBeat, a local singing group who do concerts for local charities, raised £260 for our local Branch.
We must thank Lena, the landlady of the Old Ship for working her magic in selling loads of raffle tickets to her regulars before the event and for donating raffle prizes as well.
A big thankyou also to Lynn from BridlBeat for organising the event, Jo who helped sell raffle tickets and the group who sang their hearts out with such enthusiasm. Everyone joined in especially with Sweet Caroline and Amarillo!
It was a great night. Looking forward to next year!🎵🎶
