Non uniform for Sweets day - This friday

🍬🍡🍬🍡

Still going ahead. As you know this has been a week of non-uniform, the irony of this event is not lost on friends of Warley.

BUT.... the sweet donation day this Friday is still the plan. The tombola at the fete is always a success and we love a tradition or two. Please no chocolate

Kids are encouraged to bring a bag of sweets in with them on friday and hand into their teacher.

Thank you sweets!!

WARLEY WONGA NOW ON SALE

collections will be available before the event (we will announce the days on whatsapp groups)

For all of our new families, Warley Wonga is a token system (and the preferred currency) at our Friends of Warley events. One token has a monetary value of 50p. Whilst we do have limited card machines, we try and limit the amount of cash we handle at these events, so may not have change at every stall.

We recommend 10 tokens per child as a great amount. We do try and keep everything affordable so this should be plenty.

Any unspent tokens can be saved and used for future Friends of Warley events.

We really have some fun activities lined up for Saturday 4th July and very much look to seeing our Warley families out in force.

Remember every penny raised, goes straight back to the school, benefiting every single child!

Wonga can be ordered using the FRIENDS OF WARLEY SHOP

📢📢📢 INFLATABLES DAY BREAKING NEWS 📢📢📢

We apologise for the short notice on this message. Unfortunately, due to the bad weather forecasted, especially the high winds predicted, we have had to make the decision to postpone the inflatables afternoon on Wednesday 3rd June.

There is ALWAYS a silver lining. We already have a new date confirmed - *Thursday 18th June from 15.30-17.30pm*

Here is what we need you to do:

If your child(ren) *CAN* still attend: Do nothing. Your order is automatically moved over to the new date. If you have the wrist band already, keep hold of it. If not, we will be in touch with new collection dates shortly

If your child(ren) *CAN NOT* attend on the 18th June: please WhatsApp the Friends of Warley Chair Billie on 07528413587 with your order number to organise a refund.

Once again, our apologies for the short notice and many thanks for your understanding. We want to ensure we avoid any “Wizard of Oz” moments.

More details to follow on new wrist band collection days and after school club bookings.
