ICan Wellbeing group CIO are looking for their next group of people for their 6-week ADHD & Me workshops on Tuesdays at Brampton Community Centre 10:30-12:00 starting on 30 June 2026.
Booking is essential email [email protected] or phone 01228 819101
These workshops have been created by a member of our staff with lived experience. This member of staff was diagnosed at age 20 and left feeling consumed by a label to which society made her believe she had limitations. Through hard work, determination and resilience she discovered her strengths and has found successful ways of working with her diagnosis rather than against, she is passionate to help others achieve the same.
This course helps those living with ADHD or awaiting a diagnosis truly understand what their ADHD is, the impacts it can have on their personal and professional life both positive and negative, all whilst exploring techniques which are unique to themselves to help them manage. Towards the end of the programme individuals discover their strengths and superpowers through practical work and discussion.
This programme is weekly which enables those on the course to get to know each other and share their lived experience of ADHD, it highlights to each individual that you can Always Dream Higher than your Diagnosis.

Booking is essential by contacting Jade directly by email [email protected] or phone 01228 819101 (option 2).
