A change to our opening hours this Bank Holiday weekend. Our Summer Gala is on Sunday 10.30am-2.30pm with plenty of free games and activities for families plus lots of local groups, clubs and societies will be there speaking to people to about the different activities that take place in the local area and how you can get involved.

A change to our opening hours this Bank Holiday weekend.

Don’t forget to come along to the Summer Gala on Sunday (10.30am-2.30pm) where there will be games and plenty of free activities for kids. Many local clubs, groups, and societies will also be there chatting about what they do and how you can get involved.

Monday Lunch Club is a day later on Tuesday 1 September at 12pm, don’t forget to book in by emailing [email protected] or phone 016977 45023 so we know how many to cater for.

Souper Tuesday returns on Tuesday 8 September 12.30pm, no need to pre-book.

Bring your little princes and princesses along for an afternoon of magical fun, games, and treats.
Party Games & Activities, Tea Party Treats, Delicious cakes and refreshments fit for a king or queen.
Children are encouraged to wear their favourite prince, princess, or fairy-tale outfit.

WHAT AN INCREDIBLE TIME WE HAD!

A huge thank you to those who joined us for our last cooking session.
From elders teaching younger generations the perfect pinch of dough to kids showing the grown-ups how it is done, it was absolute magic.

The kitchen was filled with laughter, brilliant music, and some truly mouth-watering dishes.

Our next Around the World Intergenerational Cooking workshop is officially open for registration.

We are diving back into the kitchen to learn new global skills, share memories, and cook up something amazing together.

When: Friday 14th August from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Who: All ages from 3 to 93 are welcome! (Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult)

Cost: Only £5 per person

We're looking for some paint, brushes and roller trays to be used to create a new mural in our community garden. We’re looking for coloured acrylic emulsion paint (ideally exterior matt) which will be mixed to create appropriate colours.
We could also use paint brushes, roller sleeves or roller trays if you have any spare.
Please drop anything you think will be suitable to the Community Centre by Tuesday 4 August 2026.

We have completely reinvented the classic afternoon social.
It is the perfect excuse to get out, meet people, and enjoy a massive mix of music.
Whether you want to dance your heart out or just sit back and soak up the tunes, everyone is welcome.
Dancing is entirely optional!
Great music, great company, and a lively atmosphere.
