We also have articles on cave art, another major find in the Forest of Dean, a study on microplastics in caves, a grumble about journalism, a caving and cycling challenge in Wales, an obituary for a caving great and a brief summary of caving in South Wales's distant past.

Thank you to everyone who attended Hidden Earth at the weekend. It was a great event and officially the biggest ever! 🥳

We're pleased to announce that Hidden Earth is returning to Llangollen in 2027 following overwhelming positive feedback on the venue!

We should also have a much larger lecture theatre available too 🤞

A special thank you to all our amazing volunteers who worked all weekend to keep things running. Tech, admin, trade hall, bar - there's a lot to do and our team always step up to bring it all together. 🥰
