No matter which of our groups you attend, friendly facilitators will always be there to welcome you at the door, explain how the sessions run, and make sure you know where to find the brews and biscuits. ❤️

Come along to 1 of our local Bracknell groups listed below and find out for yourself to how friendly our groups really are, you will potentially leave a little more lighter knowing that it's not weak to speak. There is also a high chance that you may resonate with other people's journey and that you are not on your own. On Monday night at Andy’s Man Club Bracknell, 45 men across 4 rooms (2 venues) found a safe space to share and be heard.

Whether it might be your first time attending or it's for your 'weekly reset', as soon as you arrive our trained facilitators will take care of the rest of the evening for you.

AMC's structure to the evening is the same across the 300+ groups in the UK and we pride ourselves in allowing the evening to be as organic as possible so there is no pressure on anyone.

It's our safe space where you will not feel alone.

On Monday night at Andy’s Man Club Bracknell, men came together, opened up, shared what’s on their minds – and supported each other over a brew and some biscuits.

💪 5 brave men walked through the door for the very first time.
Men of every age, background, and story showed that when you talk, you’re never alone.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

👉 This is your space. No judgement. Just real conversations with men who get it.

If you’re struggling, come down. If you’re not struggling, come down anyway – your story might be what helps another man see things with a different perspective.

Why not come along to one of our Bracknell groups listed below and join us for a brew, a biscuit, meet new people and of course a friendly chat.
