Reminder that all of our groups will be shut on Monday August 31st due to the bank holiday.

Our groups will be back open on Monday September 7th.

Last night at Andy’s Man Club Bracknell, men came together, opened up, shared what’s on their minds – and supported each other over a brew and some biscuits.

💪3️⃣ brave men walked through the door for the very first time.
Men of every age, background, and story showed that when you talk, you’re never alone.

👉 This is your space. No judgement. Just real conversations with men who get it.

If you’re struggling, come down. If you’re not struggling, come down anyway – your story might be what helps another man see things with a different perspective.

You don't have to carry it all on your own. Our non-judgemental, peer-to-peer support groups are here for any man 18+ to talk. Every Monday 7-9PM (excluding bank holidays).
