It's been fantastic to deliver the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer in Wirral with Merseyside Youth Association and see the difference it's made to local young people.

🤝 Young people in Wirral are gaining employment, developing skills and boosting their confidence thanks to support from the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer (YGT). The programme targets young people aged 18 to 21 who are not in education, employment or training.

Take Sam, for example. He developed personal and social development skills, as well as given help with his CV and prepared for job interviews. Sam was volunteering for an animal charity, with Wirral Council helping him gain a paid role of 20 hours per week with them.

Meanwhile, Annie was given the assistance to rebuild her confidence through the YGT. She began to attend activities such as vision board workshops and wellbeing lunches, along with a gardening club where she became a key member and developed a passion to grow her own fruit and vegetables.

Join our team! Elevate EBP is looking for an organised administrator to support our work experience team in getting student placements ready.

The successful candidate will contact employers to arrange visits for colleagues to complete our health and safety paperwork before students start their placements. They will also manage appointments, follow up on outstanding bookings and keep our CRM up to date every day.

HOURS: Part-time, Monday to Friday, 4 to 5 hours per day (20 to 25 hours per week).
SALARY: £24,805 FTE
LOCATION: Sefton House, Bridle Road, Bootle, L30 4XR.

FREE OFFICE SUPPLIES:

We’re having a big clear out and have lots of office supplies we’d rather see put to good use than thrown out! We have boxes of envelopes of all shapes and sizes, plastic wallets, folders etc.

If any local businesses, charities, schools or community groups could make use of them, you’re very welcome to collect from our office on Bridle Road in Bootle.
