📢 Community Energy Advocacy CIC – Launching Soon
We are preparing to launch Community Energy Advocacy CIC on
1st April 2026.
This new service will support households across Liverpool and Merseyside who are experiencing problems with their energy supplier.
Energy issues can be stressful and difficult to resolve. Many people face challenges such as:
• unexpected or incorrect energy bills
• energy debt and arrears
• unresolved supplier complaints
• prepayment meter issues
• difficulty contacting suppliers
Community Energy Advocacy CIC has been created to provide independent support and guidance to help households understand their rights and navigate these problems.
Help us shape the service
Before launch, we are carrying out a short community survey to better understand the types of energy issues people are facing locally.
The survey takes around 2 minutes to complete.
Your responses will help us design services that respond to the real challenges households are experiencing.
