Providing information and support services for those receiving a care package from local councils We deliver the best support planning and Brokerage services.

We provide valuable confidential services to all its customers, by offering the right support and information in a professional and person centered way. Our support brokers help people create their support plans, choose their own preferred style of planning and how they wish to record their support plans. Also offers consultancy support to a variety of public and private sector partners. We act as a link between social care, health, education, housing and individuals to ensure that every support plan has been developed with the individual and is accurate, quality assured and actionable but are directed and accountable to the individual they work with. Everyone who has a role in PF or Rummage Rescuers are all friendly local people who love to help people and feel extremely valued for the support they give . They are a bunch of positive people who are natural community connectors. Support brokers are recruited, inducted, vetted, trained and DBS checked prior to working with any individual or organisation. Our independent, person centred, adaptive and collaborative approach brings positive solutions for individuals and assists organisations to deliver transformed services which align to government requirements.
