💚It’s BUY NOTHING NEW MONTH 💚

We LOVE this annual campaign and we have 500 Free Sharing groups all around the U.K. so you can easily embrace it and love it too.

This November, Keep Britain Tidy is calling on the nation to buy nothing new — excluding essentials like food and medicine — for just one month.
Instead, we want to waste less, make the most of the stuff we already own, and borrow, give, donate, share, swap, and shop second-hand!

When we use what we have, repair what breaks, and pass on old items to new homes, we can save our pennies and help to protect the planet.

From refill stores to repair cafés, and from charity shops to clothes swaps, we know that businesses and other organisations across the nation are working hard to help people to live more sustainably.

Buy Nothing New Month is an opportunity to highlight these organisations leading the way towards a circular economy.
