🏍️❤️ – RIDE & SEEK MOTORCYCLE PHOTO CHALLENGE! ❤️🏍️

MORE THAN JUST A MOTORCYCLE CHALLENGE… IT'S ABOUT A COMMUNITY COMING TOGETHER! ❤️

When we first came up with the idea of our Ride & Seek Motorcycle Photo Challenge, we wanted to do something a little different. Something that would bring people together, encourage everyone to get out and enjoy their motorcycles, explore some lovely locations and, most importantly, make a difference to someone who really needs our support. ❤️

And that someone is a very special lady called Frankie. ❤️

Behind is a family with hopes, dreams and goals they are desperately trying to achieve. And whilst we may not be able to change everything they are facing, we can certainly come together and do our little bit to help make their journey that little bit easier.

Because sometimes it's the smallest gestures, when added together, that can make the biggest difference. ❤️

🏍️ AND THAT'S WHERE OUR AMAZING BIKING COMMUNITY COMES IN! 🏍️

One thing we've learnt through organising Bideford Bike Show is that the motorcycle community really is something special.

It doesn't matter what motorcycle you ride, how far you travel or how many miles you clock up. What matters is the friendship, kindness, generosity and willingness to help others that runs through our wonderful biking community.

And that's exactly what this challenge was all about! ❤️

There was never any pressure to complete every location. Some riders visited them all, others managed just a handful, but every single person who took part helped us achieve something far more important than ticking locations off a list.

You helped spread awareness of Frankie's story, showed her family that people care and helped raise funds towards making their hopes and goals a reality. ❤️

❤️ BUT FOR US, THE BIGGEST WINNER IS THE SPIRIT OF OUR MOTORCYCLE COMMUNITY. ❤️

We often say that Bideford Bike Show is about so much more than motorcycles, and challenges like this remind us exactly why we do what we do.

It's about people looking out for people. It's about strangers becoming friends, friendships becoming communities and communities coming together when someone needs a helping hand.

We may all ride different motorcycles, come from different walks of life and have our own stories to tell, but when it comes to helping others, we're all riding in the same direction. 🏍️❤️

To everyone who supported our challenge, thank you from all of us at Bideford Bike Show.

Because at the end of the day, it's not about how many miles you ride, how many locations you visit or what motorcycle you own…

It's about the difference we can make when we ride together for something that truly matters. ❤️🏍️

🏍️ ANOTHER RIDER, ANOTHER ADVENTURE, ALL FOR A VERY SPECIAL CAUSE! 🏍️

This time we're giving a big shout-out to Peter, who's been out on his Triumph Scrambler, visiting locations and taking photos as part of our Ride and Seek Motorcycle Photo Challenge! 👏📸

❤️ BUT THIS CHALLENGE HAS ALWAYS BEEN ABOUT SO MUCH MORE THAN TICKING OFF LOCATIONS! ❤️

One thing we've always believed at Bideford Bike Show is that the motorcycle community is about far more than just the bikes we ride.

It's about friendship, kindness, looking out for one another and coming together when someone needs a helping hand. 🥰

And that's exactly why we organised our Ride and Seek Motorcycle Photo Challenge in support of .

We wanted to give fellow bikers a reason to get out, enjoy their motorcycles, explore some wonderful places and have a bit of fun, while doing something that could make a genuine difference to Frankie and her family. ❤️

There were no expectations to complete every location, no pressure and no need to ride hundreds of miles. Just a shared passion for motorcycles and a willingness to support a very special cause.

Because sometimes it's the little things, a £5 donation, a few photographs and a ride out, that can all add up to something much bigger when people come together. ❤️

And that's what makes our motorcycle community so special. Different bikes, different people, but all riding for the same reason! 🏍️❤️

Our very own Vice Chair, Carol, has been out and about on her Honda NC750S, enjoying some time in the saddle and ticking off locations on our Ride and Seek Motorcycle Photo Challenge! 📸🏍️

But behind all the photos, locations and miles travelled is something far more important. ❤️

Our aim was to bring people together through their shared love of motorcycling while helping to raise much-needed funds and awareness for and showing support for Frankie and her family. 🥰

Another lovely collection of photos from our Ride and Seek Motorcycle Photo Challenge, and this time it's Bill who's been busy exploring some fantastic locations on his Triumph Tiger 850 Sport! 📸🏍️💨

From coastal views to countryside adventures, Bill has certainly covered a few miles on his Triumph and managed to check off some brilliant stops along the way!

And that, of course, is helping to support , raising awareness and a little extra money for Frankie and her family.

It's amazing what our wonderful biking community can achieve when we combine our love of motorcycles with helping others! 🏍️❤️

A huge shout-out to Jonathan, who has been clocking up the miles on his Triumph Tiger 800 and has successfully visited EVERY SINGLE LOCATION on our Ride and Seek Motorcycle Photo Challenge! 👏👏

What a brilliant effort, and we hope you've enjoyed every mile along the way! 🏍️💨

Our challenge was created with two things in mind: bringing fellow bikers together through their love of motorcycling and, more importantly, raising funds and awareness for the very special ! ❤️

Whether participants visited just a handful of locations or managed to tick off the entire list, every single person who got involved has played a part in supporting this wonderful cause.

After all, what better excuse is there to get out on your bike, discover some lovely places and enjoy the freedom of the open road, all while doing something worthwhile! 🥰

🎸🛳️❤️ ROCK THE TORRIDGE 2027 – SUPPORTING THE FERN CENTRE! ❤️🛳️🎸

❤️ A VERY SPECIAL CAUSE CLOSE TO HOME! ❤️

Yesterday, some of the Bideford Bike Show Organisation Team, alongside Claire community fundraiser at Morrisons Bideford had the pleasure of visiting The Fern Centre at North Devon District Hospital, where we met with Tara and were given a tour of this wonderful facility.

Our visit gave us a real insight into the incredible work carried out here and, more importantly, why we chose this fantastic local cause as one of our beneficiaries for Rock the Torridge 2027! ❤️

💙 SO WHAT IS THE FERN CENTRE?

The Fern Centre is a dedicated cancer wellbeing centre supporting people living with and beyond cancer across North Devon, along with their families and carers.

A cancer diagnosis doesn't just affect the person receiving it. It can have an enormous emotional and physical impact on the whole family, and that's where this wonderful centre makes such a difference.

The centre offers a safe, friendly and welcoming environment, providing a wide range of FREE support and services, including:

💙 Complementary therapies
💙 Counselling and emotional support
💙 Support groups
💙 Exercise classes
💙 Music and art groups
💙 And so much more!

Open Monday to Friday, 9am–4.30pm, The Fern Centre provides somewhere people can turn to for support, understanding and a little comfort during what can be an incredibly difficult time.

As a team, we're passionate about supporting local causes that make a genuine difference to people's lives, and The Fern Centre certainly does just that!
