Carers Choices is an Essex based independent local charity supporting unpaid carers and the people they care for. We support you when you need it; when you’re caring for a loved one or a friend and when you need that extra support around the home we are here. All our staff are professionally trained to the Care Quality Commission standards. We support you in the home with our Health and Wellbeing
Community Services including Home Help and Community Care. We clean, tidy, prepare meals, do the shopping, pick up medication right through to caring for someone whilst you have a break or even go and do the things you need to do. Specialising with those living with dementia and older adults in our Silver Birch Centres provide a safe, stimulating environment that delivers quality outcomes to those that attend. Our Rainbow Centre specialises in supporting adults with disabilities, again in a safe space, with trained support staff giving you 6 hours peace of mind. We have new custom made minibuses to transport from your home to our centre and for trips out. And we support Young Carers in Castle Point and Basildon. These are children that are caring for a parent or sibling and carry both the physical and mental burden daily.
