Started on the 18th of August 2012, we set out to be a new innovative, creative and exciting charity shop. We provide work experience for people with disabilities by employing them within the shop. Mentoring and teaching them work related tasks to help with their CVs and show their capabilities. Located at the top of Rayleigh High Street:

At Phab Life Craft Night we got creative using recycled beads to make beautiful sun catchers! 🌈💎

It was amazing to see everyone designing their own colourful creations while enjoying lots of laughs, friendship and a relaxing evening together 💙

We love activities like this that bring people together, encourage creativity and show how everyday items can be turned into something really special ♻️😊

Days like this mean so much to Phab Life, giving our members the chance to enjoy new experiences, build friendships and make lasting memories together. We had an absolutely fantastic time and truly appreciate everything you did to make the day so special 🌊☀️

A huge well done to Georgia for winning Volunteer of the Month at the Phab Shop! 💛

Georgia has come on so much with her time keeping, is super reliable and a real part of the team. We’re really proud of the progress she’s made. 👏

Recently, Georgia also took home a HUGE donation of LEGO and sorted it all out for us — a massive job that she absolutely smashed! 🧱⭐

🌟 Volunteer of the Month - Andrew! 🌟

We’re so proud to celebrate Andrew as our Volunteer of the Month 🎉

Andrew is the definition of reliability - always arriving right on the dot (usually after spending hours singing and dancing his way through Rayleigh 🤗). He brings such great energy with him every single time!

From the moment he walks in, Andrew gets straight to work - whether that’s sorting through donations or helping out with anything that’s needed. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and his positive attitude makes a real difference to the team 💪

What’s been especially lovely to see over the past few months is how much Andrew has grown in confidence. He’s become more chatty, more open, and we love hearing about what he’s been up to and how he’s feeling ❤️

Andrew, thank you for everything you bring to Phab - you’re an absolute star ⭐
