This month the CEO blog talks about fundraising for a small charity and Amy shares a little of her personal experience.

Every single £1 really does make a difference to RVT and we saw our fantastic runners reach new heights of what's possible during the Marathons throughout April.

Thank you to everyone that has ever donated, fundraised, is currently doing so, or even just thinking about it - we couldn't do this essential work with people affected by serious and fatal collisions without you.

We have seen incredible achievements this month. We want to say a very special thank you to every person that took park in:

London Landmarks half Marathon
Brighton Marathon
Norfolk half Marathon
London Marathon

Each person worked so hard in their training and fundraising to achieve their goal and every single one of you is a real life hero 🧡

All the money raised makes a huge difference to us as a small local charity and allows us to continue supporting families and people affected by serious collisions.

If you would like to get involved in running events email [email protected] we have places in the Bedford running festival in September and all the events above for 2027, let's go! X

We were delighted to be attending the Mayor of Kempston's charity dinner last night raising money for other local charities in our community.

The event was well attended by other dignitaries and Councillors including the Mayor of Bedford, Tom Wootton. Kempston has a great sense of community and we fully support the good work of the Mayor and local Councillors.
