🌟 Six cadets. Two days. One fantastic achievement! 🌟

Last weekend, 6 cadets from 185 (Batley) Squadron took on the challenge of attending an intensive two-day Bronze Leadership Course! 💪

Throughout the course, they pushed themselves to develop their leadership, teamwork and communication skills, tackling challenges and learning what it takes to lead with confidence.

ALL SIX PASSED! 🎉🏆
Each cadet has successfully achieved their Bronze Leadership Badge – a fantastic achievement and a real testament to their hard work, determination and teamwork.

A massive well done!

🇬🇧 BATLEY BATTLE OF BRITAIN PARADE 2026

Cadets and staff from 185 (Batley) and 96 (Dewsbury) Squadron proudly joined the annual Service of Commemoration and Thanksgiving in Batley on Battle of Britain Sunday.
The service provided an opportunity to remember and honour the courage, sacrifice and determination of those who defended our skies during the Battle of Britain. Their bravery will never be forgotten.

👏 A huge thank you to everyone who helped organise this important event and to all those who attended to pay their respects.

⭐ A special well done to our cadets! You represented our Squadron brilliantly, showing outstanding pride, discipline and respect throughout the parade. You are a credit to yourselves, your families and the squadron!

WE WILL REMEMBER THEM.

Thursday night was unforgettable as 185 cadets and staff packed in to watch the epic showdown: RAF Aces vs Royal Navy Destroyers!

The tension was electric, the players were fierce, and the game went right down to the last 30 seconds. 🔥

A huge shoutout to the Army and Sea Cadets who joined the fun—everyone had an amazing time! 🙌

🏆Fundraising Champions! 🏆

Our cadets and staff have worked hard to raise much needed funds for the Squardron and the RAFA (Batley & Birstall Branch) by collecting and selling RAFA merchandise at Tong Garden Centre.

A huge effort by the teams and a big thanks to all who kindly donated.

The monies will go towards the RAFA and equipment and activities that directly benefit our cadets.

Smashed it! 👏🏻
