At Scope we are here to create a equal future with disabled people.Last year our employment services helped more than 1000 disabled people with advice and support to get into,and thrive in paid work.
None of this would have been possible without the funds raised by our amazing volunteers.

Volunteering for Scope Basildon Shop means joining our friendly team, learning new skills and gaining friends.

Hi my name is dave.
I am 72 years old , and volunteer at Scope basildon.
I have been here for just over 3 years, and volunteer 5 days a week.
I am really happy to support the charity with my spare time, and it gives me satisfaction knowing the help and support I give is for disabled people.
I look forward to working on the sales floor, speaking to customers who i now know many off them who come in regularly, and working with other volunteers who have now become my friends.

If you would like to Volunteer at scope and can spare a few hours a week then pop in to see us, we really appreciate all your support
