This week marks **Loneliness Awareness Week**, a dedicated time to break the stigma surrounding loneliness and remind everyone of the power of connection.
At Motivated Minds, we know that loneliness is a natural human emotion, but it's not something you have to carry by yourself. That is exactly why we created the Happy Hub —your One-Stop Wellness Shop!✨

🏡 What is the HAPPY Hub?
Located in the heart of the Eastgate Shopping Centre (right next to the Entertainer), the HAPPY Hub is a bright, safe, and warm space designed to support your mental health and wellbeing. Whether you have five minutes or a couple of hours, our doors are open and **EVERYONE is welcome**.

At Motivated Minds, we understand that for too long, men have suffered in silence. The strength in asking for help is one of the most significant steps toward lifelong wellbeing. That's why we are incredibly proud of our MENd Programme which has been running since 2018!! An initiative specifically designed to Motivate, Empower, Navigate, and Develop a path to mental resilience for men.
​This isn't about fixing yourself; it's about connecting with a community that understands, supports, and grows together.

10 Years of Pushing Limits! 🏃‍♀️💥

​For a decade, we’ve committed to monthly challenges—from step counts to skydives. This month? We took on the legendary Nuclear Races.

​5 incredible warriors stepped into the mud, faced the obstacles, and threw their "limiting beliefs" out the window. They didn't just finish; they came away muddy, smiling, and stronger than ever.

​A massive shoutout to our very own MD, who tackled this course as part of her "50 for 50" challenge! Proof that age is just a number and strength is a mindset.

​Building mental's resilience isn't always pretty—sometimes it’s messy, wet, and exhausting—but the pride on these faces says it all.
