🎂💗 Happy 28th Birthday, Ellie 💗🎂

Today would have been our beautiful Ellie’s 28th birthday.

It’s hard to imagine what life would look like with Ellie here to celebrate this special day. There should be balloons, birthday cake, presents, laughter and so many more memories being made together. Instead, we celebrate her life, remember her beautiful smile and hold close all the precious memories we have of our very special girl. 💕

Although Ellie isn’t here to celebrate her 28th birthday with us, her legacy lives on through Everything Ellie. Every family who makes memories at Ellie’s Beach Hut, every moment of respite at Ellie’s Lodge, and every person who supports our charity helps to keep Ellie’s beautiful spirit alive. 🌈

Ellie’s dream was to help other families create precious memories during some of the hardest times of their lives — and because of all of you, that dream continues. ❤️

So today, we raise a glass, eat a little cake, fish & chips and remember the incredible young lady who should have been celebrating 28 today.

Happy birthday, Ellie. Forever 16, forever loved, and forever in our hearts. 💕🎂🌈

Tonight at Bideford Bike Night, we were delighted to welcome one of our 2026 beneficiaries, **Everything Ellie**, for a very special cheque presentation.

Thanks to money raised through this year’s Bideford Bike Nights and the incredible generosity of everyone who has supported us, we were absolutely thrilled to hand over a cheque for **£500** to Justine and the wonderful team from Everything Ellie. ❤️

We truly hope this donation helps, even in some small way, towards the amazing work you do.

It has been an absolute honour to have Everything Ellie joining us at our events throughout this year, and we’re incredibly proud to have been able to support such a worthy local cause.

Most importantly, **THANK YOU to every single person who has donated into our buckets and supported our Bike Nights** — this is where your generosity goes, and together we really can make a difference. 🏍️❤️

Today, Lambie has been watching the beautiful giraffes in their natural surroundings — what an incredible experience! 🦒😍
