As we start getting ready for our next Inclusive Silent Christmas Disco on Saturday 12th December 2026 we have been enjoying going through all the amazing photos from last year's disco.

As you can see so much fun was had by all, whether they were tearing it up on the dance floor, getting presents from Santa Claus himself or getting some festive face paint 🧑‍🎄.

We can't wait to celebrate in the Penguin style with you all once again, and as you can see it's an event you don't want to miss!

Everyone is welcome to join in on the Christmas fun. This event is fully accessible for children with a physical disability or SEN/additional needs with wheelchair access, a breakout sensory room, fully accessible changing and plenty of parking.

We already love having fun with our Penguins year round on the athletics track, in the pool and on the trampoline. And now? We can't wait to get into the festive spirit together with the return of our amazing Christmas Silent Disco!

Join us on Saturday 12th December 2026 at Roundswell Community Primary Academy for a raffle, fun activities, refreshments and great music for a BIG Penguin Boogie 🐧🥳
Everyone is welcome to join in on the Christmas fun. This event is fully accessible for children with a physical disability or SEN/additional needs with wheelchair access, a breakout sensory room, fully accessible changing and plenty of parking.

Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

This is a fantastic way to raise funds for The Penguin Sports Foundation and we can't wait to see you all there to celebrate the Christmas Season 💙.

We're back this week to say a to The Gibbons Family Trust for awarding us £1981 to group hydro 💙.

We really appreciate this funding as it will allow our Penguins to keep having fun enjoying adaptive exercise together in the water, and that we can have even more splashes and smiles in the future 🐧.

Yesterday evening, our amazing Chief Penguin Gemma attended the BBC Devon Make a Difference Awards and won a Highly Commended Award in the Active Category 🥳.

Being a finalist in these awards is an amazing and well deserved achievement for Gemma who has put her heart and soul into The Penguin Sports Foundation. Her hard work and dedication has grown the charity into what is today - helping so many children and young people with physical disabilities to experience adaptive whilst also building a community where they can socialise and belong 💙🐧.

A huge thank you for all you do and congratulations Gemma!

We had an amazing time at our first ever Family Fitness Fun Day on Saturday at North Devon Athletics Club.

The afternoon was full of smiles and laughter alongside teamwork, determination and strength. Whether you completed 1 lap or 12, you all should be proud of yourselves and we hope you had fun 💙.

What made this event even more special was seeing people of all different ages and abilities having a go at all the activities and enjoying themselves.

We would like to say a huge thank you to North Devon Athletics Club, Jerk Training, the Smith family and all our amazing volunteers who helped make this event such a success - we couldn't have done it without you 🥰.

We hope to see you all again next year!

School is officially back in session and tomorrow our after school hydrotherapy club returns!

REMINDER: Hydro is now taking place at Pathfield School Abbey Road, Pottington.

We hope you all had an amazing summer and we can't to see you all having fun in the water 🌊.

THE DAY HAS FINALLY ARRIVED!

Our Family Fitness Fun Day has arrived and we can not wait to see you on the track for all the fun later 😁.

We have been working hard getting all the amazing activities ready for everyone. There is guaranteed to be something for all of you.

Pop on down to North Devon Athletics Track at 14:00 to 16:00 and see all the amazing things our Family Fitness Fun Day has to offer.

Dogs are also welcome as long as they are on leads 🐶.

You can come along and buy tickets when you arrive - £10 per adult, £5 per child (up to 18 years). Children under school age go free.
