Love this. It reminds us of this advice from Laura, 21:

“Each morning, I mentally check in with myself to assess my mindset for the day ahead. This habit enables me to recognise my feelings, which helps me to better manage my emotions throughout the day. Also, I like to write my feelings down each morning to ensure that I continue my day with a clear and decluttered mindset.”

NIDACTS Alcohol and I event. Dry January Feel Good February 👍 Fantastic event where we were able to gain very relevant and important information about addiction/alcohol use. Among the many informative speakers, including Dr Billy Gregg, women’s aid and Steps2cope. also gave a honest and moving account of her journey through alcohol misuse. Also great to see Eimear (Ea- BYRC) again for a great catch up and network opportunity. Thank you, specially Ciara Doris great event 👍
