Rest in Peace Aislinn! You were such a great young person in our centre - you brought so much love, joy and energy each and every time you come through our doors🥹

Past and Present staff always speak so highly of you and as an organisation we are send our deepest condolences to the family at this sad time🤍

The death has occurred of
Aislinn Loughran - Forker

Loughran - Forker (Lurgan), June 9, 2026, peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family.

Aislinn, an adored daughter of Geraldine and the late Andrew Loughran, and treasured daughter of Connor Forker, a precious sister of Sarah (Aimee), Ciara (Christopher), Roisin (Matthew), and Eamon (Chloe) and a cherished aunt of Aaliyah, Taylor, Hallie, Killian, Darragh-James, Sianna, Sophia-Rose, and Sam. A dear niece of Marty, Mary, Andrea, Brian, Kieron, Bernie and the late Martina, a much-loved best friend of Caroline Morgan and her family, and a special friend of Adam.

Aislinn will repose at her family home, 30 Downshire Avenue, Lurgan, BT66 8SD, tomorrow Wednesday and Thursday from 11.00am to 10.00pm. Family and friends are warmly welcome to visit and pay their respects.

Funeral will leave her family home on Friday at 9.30am for Requiem Mass in St Paul’s Church, Lurgan, at 10.00 am. Burial afterwards in New Line Cemetery.

The family home will be strictly private on the morning of the funeral for immediate family only. The family thanks everyone for their understanding at this difficult time.

At YMCA Lurgan, we are saddened by the tension within our communities and encourage all young people to stay safe.

Guided by our values of Welcome, Peace, and Justice, we want to reassure all members that we are here to support you in any way we can. We also want to assure you that YMCA will continue to be a safe and welcoming space for everyone.

Having considered our risk assessment and the current situation, we have made the decision to keep the centre closed this evening.
