It’s Volunteers’ Week and we are celebrating all that our volunteer teams achieve…..

Our bus driving volunteers can be spotted out and about providing a valued door to door service and, much more anonymously, our car scheme drivers are using their own vehicles to provide individual journeys to healthcare appointments.

Book End, our charity bookshop in Bakewell is staffed 7 days a week by a dedicated team and all sales support our charitable work.

Working tirelessly behind the scenes, our trustees, book sorters & scanners, window designers & crafters and fundraisers all play a part in helping BECT to support the local community.

Thank you to every single volunteer – it’s a team effort!

For information about joining any of our volunteer teams please get in touch [email protected] or telephone 01629 641920, we'd love to hear from you.
