Meet the Funders – 9th July in Ashbourne
Local groups are invited to join us on the afternoon of 9th July in Ashbourne to meet representatives from both local and national funders. This is a great chance to talk directly with funders about support for your projects and to learn more about current funding opportunities.
Funders attending include Severn Trent Community Fund, Foundation Derbyshire, The National Lottery Community Fund, The National Lottery Heritage Fund, DDDC Local Projects Fund, Active Derbyshire and the Better Derbyshire Dales Fund.
Free refreshments will be available, and there will be time to network with other local groups and speak with the Derbyshire Dales CVS Development Team.
Booking is essential and places are limited.

🚶 Walk starts: 10:00am
There are walking options to suit everyone, including the full 8-mile circuit of Carsington Water and a shorter route for those who prefer a more leisurely stroll.
Whether you're a keen walker or simply fancy a lovely day out while supporting a great cause, we'd love to have you with us!
💙 Every pound raised helps Careline continue providing regular telephone befriending calls to people who are lonely and isolated in our community.

Energy Advice Pop In

The Economic Development team here at Derbyshire Dales are looking forward to welcoming businesses to our first Derbyshire Dales Business Grant training session at the Town Hall, here in Matlock on Friday morning!
Businesses will be provided with the tools needed to complete their applications for a grant towards their projects.

There will be other opportunities, so if you are a business in the Derbyshire Dales that has a project in mind or you may know another business that does, please ask them to get in touch!
